Mike Tuft has been an instrumental Strategic Business Partner for many years with our company. He assists our clients in all types of group qualified retirement plans. He began his career in financial services by joining Merrill Lynch in August 1982, moving to Drexel Burnham Lambert in December of 1985 and then to Aetna Financial Services in 1989.

Mike created The Retirement Plan Navigator™, which is a series of best practices for group retirement plans, in January 2003. The Retirement Plan Navigator includes; The Design Maximizer™, The Platform Evaluator™, The Communication Formula™, and The Retirement Plan Snapshot. Currently, Mike serves over 100 medium and small size businesses who are discovering, designing, implementing and reviewing the best retirement plans for their needs.

Mike currently holds Series 7 (General Securities), Series 26 (Registered Principal), Series 63 (Blue Sky) and Series 65 (Investment Advisor Representative) security licenses.
